IAM_DEV grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App on Windows devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

The App and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by IAM_DEV. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. IAM_DEV does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
OCR accuracy depends on image quality and the specific content being recognized. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of recognized text.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IAM_DEV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if IAM_DEV has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The App incorporates open-source software components including EasyOCR, PyTorch, Flask, and others. Each component is governed by its own license. The use of these components does not restrict your rights under those licenses.
IAM_DEV may release updates, patches, or new versions of the App at any time. Such updates may be required to continue using the App and may be subject to additional terms.
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies in your possession.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction where IAM_DEV is established.
IAM_DEV reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
